Modern Slavery and Ethical Business Statement

Sentio is committed to conducting business responsibly and with respect for human rights.

Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or in the organisations that support the delivery of our services.

Sentio is a London-based healthcare market research and advisory business. Our supply chain primarily consists of professional-service providers, research recruitment partners, independent consultants, technology providers, transcription and translation services, and other specialist suppliers.

We aim to work with suppliers and research partners that operate lawfully, ethically and responsibly. Where proportionate to the nature and level of risk, we may:

• consider a supplier’s ethical and labour practices before appointment;
• include appropriate compliance obligations in supplier agreements;
• require suppliers to comply with applicable employment, human-rights and modern-slavery laws;
• investigate concerns raised about a supplier or partner;
• suspend or terminate relationships where serious concerns cannot be resolved.

We expect employees, contractors and suppliers to report any genuine concern that modern slavery or human trafficking may be occurring in connection with Sentio’s activities or supply chain.

Sentio is not currently required to publish a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This statement is published voluntarily and reflects our current size, activities and supply-chain risk profile.

We will review this statement periodically as the business develops.
